By accessing or using TubeTransform AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TubeTransform AI converts publicly available YouTube video transcripts into learning and content outputs — including summaries, essays, quizzes, study packs, smart notes, action plans, and creator-ready material — and lets you chat with a video's transcript. The Service is provided for personal learning, research, and content creation.

3. Accounts & Access

Some features require signing in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Free accounts are limited to a set number of transformations per month; paid plans unlock additional usage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to infringe copyright or the rights of video creators.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute outputs as the raw Service logic.
  • Attempt to overload, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its underlying APIs.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

YouTube videos remain the property of their creators. Outputs are AI-generated transformations of publicly available transcripts and should be treated as study aids, not as authoritative reproductions. You are responsible for how you use and publish any output.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Base44 Payments. Subscription access begins when payment is confirmed and continues until the end of the billing cycle, when you or we cancel it. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies; verify important information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeTransform AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
